Q: How can I assure list accuracy?
A: Nothing is more important than ensuring your list(s) are correct and up to date. Spending a few minutes updating your list(s) will save you time and money in the long run.
Q: What is the best time to send my message? (Fax, SMS & Voice)
A: The AAP System is set to AEST. If your message is business related, ensure you submit your message between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, local time.
Q: Which is the best document format to use?
A: The AAP Broadcast system will fax your document in the same manner as it would print on your printer. To ensure your fax is presented properly go to your print preview option in word or submit your document in PDF format.
Q: How does my audience like to receive information?
A: Take the time to understand their preferred method and tailor your messages to suit.
Q: How can my message make more of an impact?
A: Different messaging styles make an impact with your audience. SMS and Voice are effective ways to remind or send updates on information that's previously been sent via fax, email or even post.
Q: What is the best use of graphics in my message? (Fax)
A: When you send a fax with a dark or detailed graphic it's likely that the recipient will not be able to determine what the graphic is. To get the best result use light coloured graphics or simple graphics.
Q: What else is important? (Fax & Email)
A: If you are using the system to market your company, products or services or for sending any other message with a commercial purpose, it's important to ensure you are adhering to A.D.M.A. regulations by providing an 'opt out' option to your recipients. Speak to your AAP account manager to set up a return path process for your recipients.
